  Simply the best authentic Mexican food you can find in the Tampa bay and Zephyrhills area. Affordable, small, and delicious. Their Pastor and Shrimp tacos are amazing. My mother in law loves their Chorizo burrito.

  My few bites of a Grilled Shrimp Taco Salad were good. Just the fact that this place offers grilled shrimp (of a decent size, no less), is a plus. For slightly under $13, I got the salad & a bottle of water. If I wanted the sugar, I would have tried one of the many Mexica pops sold here.
  
  This business no longer has a food truck. It's just this small, but quite colorful, eatery where you can sit outside on yellow or lime green picnic tables. The orange on the building's outside walls complements the festive vibe.
  
  The owner (a man who originates from Mexico) was very friendly-- not just w/ me.
  
  I ate a few bites of the salad's innards; however, I did taste the bowl. (I try to limit carbs.) It was very good. The grilled shrimp were quite large & they were grilled well. They were also surprisingly plentiful even though they were hidden underneath in the salad. However, there was no W*0*W factor w/ the Taco Salad. The cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc were average in flavor-- reminded me of a TacoBell salad.
  
  It's Zephyrhills-- an old town filled w/ older Americans. Finding a quality place to eat here can create a challenge. But Taco Amigo is definitely worthy enough for another visit. The burrito is in my sights! ** Check out the pic of the overhead menu before you arrive**

  Love a taco stand- This place did not disappoint! Passed by as we were heading to our hotel for the night, after checking in made the hubby turn around and go back.
  Got there about 15mins before closing- service was fast, they were friendly and food is delicious!! Ordered the special which is 4 tacos and get a free beverage. Also a side of chips and cheese dip, amazing!! Not fancy at all but if you love tacos like I do check them out!! Taco Alambre's are the best and whatever the mild green sauce is and the guacamole sauce is delicious!

  I stopped because of the reviews.  4 Tacos with a drink and tip for less than $10.00.  A friendly greeting, made eye contact, and ask how I liked it.  Great taste steak and chicken with seemingly fresh ingredients.  The umbrellas keep the sun off just enough to be enjoyable.

  This is a great roadside taco stand with good quality ingredients.   The food tastes authentic and the portions are very large.  Prices are very reasonable.   I had the pork and steak tacos and they were yummy.  The nachos are also huge and filled with meat.
